About the Moroccan Cooperatives Marketplace
The Office for the Development of Cooperation (ODCO) is the leading public actor in Morocco, dedicated to promoting, supporting, and regulating the national cooperative movement.
Founded in 1962 and institutionalized in 1975 as a public institution with administrative and financial autonomy, the ODCO operates under the supervision of the Ministry of Tourism, Crafts, and Social and Solidarity Economy to implement the national policy for the development of the cooperative sector.
Our mission revolves around legal support, training, capacity building, commercialization assistance, and the promotion of cooperative values, serving over 65,000 cooperatives and their unions, representing nearly 800,000 members across the Kingdom.
