Dried Lemongrass (Sitruniyya) Presentation: Lemongrass is a natural aromatic plant known for its refreshing lemon scent, used in cooking, traditional medicine, and in making natural products for hair and skin. Features: Taste: aromatic, slightly sour, close to lemon. Color: long green leaves, and the infusion or extract is light yellow. Use: In cooking: seasonings, herbal teas, vegetable and meat dishes.
