Rosemary Hydrosol (Distillate) Presentation: Aromatic water extracted from the rosemary plant by steam distillation, used in traditional medicine, cosmetics, and food. Features: Appearance: clear or light yellow, with an aromatic herbal taste. Properties: antibacterial and antifungal, used for skin care, in food and perfume industries, and as a livestock feed supplement. Technical Specifications: Cineole, camphor, borneol, oxidized monoterpenes. Percentage of essential oil relative to dry mass, and the hydrosol contains about 70%. Source: Harvested at full bloom, from leaves, stems, and flowers. Production: Morocco (Fes, Figuig, Agadir, the North...) with a yield of 1.3 to 2.2% for the oil.
