Dried Rosemary Presentation: Rosemary herb is an aromatic and medicinal evergreen plant, with thin needle-like leaves, widely used in cooking as a flavoring, as well as in traditional medicine and in hair and skin care. Features: Taste: aromatic, strong, with a woody – piney flavor. Color: Leaves are dark green on top, silver underneath. The infusion is golden yellow. Use: In cooking (for meats, chicken, potatoes, sauces). In beverages (soothing infusion and stimulates blood circulation). In cosmetics (strengthens hair against loss and dandruff). Advantage: 100% natural plant, rich in essential oils, antioxidant, flavoring and disinfectant. Technical Specifications: Ingredients: fresh or dried rosemary leaves. Quantities (approximate): one teaspoon of dried leaves (2-3 grams) or a tender sprig per cup of boiling water (200 ml). Let steep for 5 to 10 minutes before drinking or using cosmetically. Source: Harvest: leaves and twigs of the rosemary plant. Production: traditional (gathering and drying) or industrial (essential oil extraction). Origin: Mediterranean region (very common in Morocco, Spain, Italy...).
